Help coordinate IAM-related projects, pilots, and process improvement efforts while ensuring milestones, risks, and dependencies are documented.
Support automation and workflow improvement opportunities by identifying manual processes, pain points, and potential efficiency gains.
Escalate operational issues, risks, delays, and blockers to leadership with clear facts, impact, and recommended next steps.
Participate in cross-functional meetings and working sessions to represent IAM Operations and support alignment across stakeholders.
